Safety is the most thing that I liked here, but there is insects there they should take care of it.

Very quiet. Secure premises. Nice to have a parking space in the structure. Staff is very professional and helpful. Downtown is a great place to reside.

It's like living in downtown NYC, but with the comforts of Oklahoma City. It's an amazing, eclectic community with neighbors that range from children to the elderly. It's in an up-and-coming neighborhood in downtown OKC with all of the new construction going on. It's super safe, especially if you're planning on living alone, and very affordable. You have to pay for laundry, but that's not too much of a chore seeing as you can just take a quick elevator ride down to do so. Also, there's a small convenience store located right next door that has everything you ever might run out of and need quick on hand.

I would tell them I love it! It's getting a much needed "face lift" that will only make the experience better! Perfect location for bricktown and mid town.
