Meet our new activity directors this Thursday, May 21st for our "Treats at the Mailbox" event. Scott and Julie Burris will be handing out snacks on floor five from 5:00-6:30pm, so be sure to pop in for a bite before dinner !

We have been recognized for making extraordinary efforts to conserve both energy and water, among other natural resources. In addition to switching to high-efficiency lighting, occupancy sensor lighting controllers, and low-VOC paint to name a few, we have started a property wide energy conservation program. When maintenance answers a work request, those apartments with "lights out" will be entered into a monthly drawing for a Green Living Award, accompanied with a discount on the following month's rent !

Another hot, Oklahoma summer is on it's way and there's no better time to start parking indoors. Our parking garage is located from the basement through the third floor of the building and is limited access, with assigned spaces. With rates starting at only $65 per month, it's the perfect way to keep cool.

The pizza pie, that is ! Join us this Tuesday, May 12th from 6:30-8 for cards, food and loads of laughter. Catered by our very own Mid-Town Market, enjoy fresh pizza and buffalo wings while playing a rivoting game of poker or UNO. We'll see you in the Clubroom !

The leasing office is your one stop shop for these items, saving you from a long wait at the Post Office. We also have the mail dropbox on floor five, next to the mailboxes, for your outgoing mail.

Rainy days keeping you from laying out on the pool deck ? Try our tanning bed on the fourth floor, open twenty four hours a day, rain or shine. Starting at only $1 a tan or unlimited for only $20 a month, you can get your summer started off right. All your neighbors are already tanning with us !
