We have teamed up with Innercircuit to offer you the ability to make payments to us online – an alternative to the hassle of mailing in or dropping off hard copy rent checks at our office. It’s more secure and convenient than hard copy rent checks and it’s free. Go green! You can pay using your checking, savings, money market, or credit union account.

When writing rent checks, be sure to include your Apartment Number, and of course your signature & proper written dollar amount. This should help us avoid any confusion.

Get caught being Conservative:

Each time you call in a Regency Tower Maintinence work order in March and you are caught with your lights out you will be entered in a drawing at the end of the month for a one time deduction on your rent!
